Protect your eyes! Using sports goggles and safety glasses is important to maintaining healthy eyes and good vision. Brooklin Optometric Centre is an OVP (Occupational Vision Plan) provider. We provide safety glasses for General Motors, OPG, as well as many other companies. Prescription and non-prescription sports goggles and swimming goggles are available in kids and adult sizes.

Prescription eyewear purchased from your optometrist is provided at cost. There is no mark-up on frames, lenses or coatings, which is why you may find that our products are very competitively priced when compared to retail opticals and “big box stores.” We charge a dispensing fee, which is set by the Ontario Association of Optometrists. The dispensing fee is similar to the fee charged by pharmacists for dispensing prescription drugs. This covers our overhead costs as well as costs associated with providing on-going services such as frame repairs and adjustments as needed.
